Our water heater went out and had to be replaced. I called Home Warranty Inc. on Monday morning and before noon the repairman was at our house to diagnose the problem. Bought a new water heater and replaced the old one and we had hot water! The claim went off without a hitch and we only had to pay the small service fee. We are very pleased with the service!

I was very pleased with how my claim was handled. The people I dealt with explained the claim process and how it would be handled. I received my claim refund in less than a week.

the customer service is INCREDIBLE! By far the nicest and most helpful people I've ever had to deal with over the phone! They were knowledgeable and really cared about getting out water heater fixed. When I called it would ring a few times then go straight to an actual person! No computer or pressing numbers! Everyone we spoke to was kind and so helpful.
